Executive Pathways offers the following expertise and consulting services:
Behavioral Coaching
All effective change begins with understanding. We build the strong rapport necessary for candor – telling executives the truth they need to hear – while establishing clear expectations, specific goals, and accountability. Our clients achieve positive, measurable behavioral change for themselves and their teams. Leaders who align their behaviors with organizational needs, establish trust, and maintain authenticity will command the loyalty of talented people and achieve greater business results. Clients applaud our “tough but caring” approach.
Facilitation
A meeting’s success can be critical to business success. We work with organizations to identify their specific goals and outcomes, design the best process for achieving business outcomes, and determine next steps to ensure follow through. Leaders understand that participant ownership and lasting commitment to meeting outcomes are often best achieved when they serve as a member of the team – instead of running the meeting. We often integrate in-house facilitators into the meeting design; in other situations, we facilitate or work through the senior executive who prefers to run the meeting. We have extensive experience in design and facilitation for global teams and meetings.
Assessments
We believe that conducting the right assessment at the appropriate time can enhance a person’s understanding and lead to the discovery necessary for growth. Our assessments are user-friendly and have applicability in a variety of settings; they can work as stand-alone interventions or in conjunction with other assessments and processes. Beyond these tools, clients benefit from a full range of customized, up-to-date services, from survey conception to action planning. Complete internet-based, multi-rater assessments allow participants to nominate raters, monitor feedback levels, take surveys, and view reports in “real” time.
Assessments we use include the Myers Briggs MBTI®, the Hogan Leadership Forecast, a three-part evaluation, and the TE9: Gauging Leadership Credibility is used with individual executives and their teams to measure the nine critical behaviors necessary for building trust and credibility as identified in The Transparency Edge: How Credibility Can Make or Break You In Business (McGraw-Hill, ©2004).
Keynotes & Workshops
Our programs provide participants with specific, practical actions applicable to current work environments. Presentations are solid in content and intelligently grounded with real-life relevance. Through speaking engagements held nationally and internationally, we motivate audiences to look at themselves differently and take action. All programs are customized to meet the unique needs of the client or group. In appropriate presentations, audiences are captivated with stories and lessons from our 2,000-mile solo voyage at sea, our rafting expedition down the Futaleufu River in Chilean Patagonia, our Inca Trail trek, and other life adventures as mother and daughter, leaders and followers, business partners and two individuals from two generations.
